The consultation manager really felt like a professional? Later I found out that this person had been in the operating room ... lol No wonder the consultation felt so professional. And they were incredibly kind~~!! The director was also calm and thorough in the consultation. They explained in detail and in a very gentle way how everything would proceed. But somehow... overall it was just a pretty average consultation. I still do not really know, so I am thinking about it lol
