The director is a bit of a scary(?) type, but he clearly tells you what can be done and what can't. His surgery seems quite precise. I also know the limits of my facial bones, so when I had surgery I knew I wouldn't get the exact wishbone line I had in mind, but I accepted that to some extent. I am 9 out of 10 satisfied.
