I had only been getting nose fillers for several years, and I came in for a consultation because I was thinking of moving on to nose surgery. I had heard they are good at noses, so I went straight for a consultation lol. They said nose fillers can be dissolved or scraped out before surgery, and in my case, since it is a dissolvable filler, it can be easily dissolved with an injection and then surgery can be done.
