The interior was neat, and when I went there quite a few people were waiting. Before the director's consultation, what I thought was better than other hospitals about the manager's consultation was that they asked more detailed questions and tried to understand the current condition I had. However, in conversations with visiting patients, I thought they needed to make more effort to break down the wall by being more empathetic. I was surprised that the director looked young when I first saw them. The explanations were given in a way that was easy to understand. Still, in terms of surgical methods, it is right to derive and present the optimal method for the patient, but rather than saying one method is the correct answer, I wish they had explained a little more why they chose this option as the best among the choices
