I went in for a consultation, and I was glad I could get both a consultation with the manager and one with the doctor. The manager was kind, and the doctor also explained everything kindly and clearly, so I was grateful!! Even though what I wanted for my eyes was not possible, they explained what could be done, which was helpful.
