They showed full photos, and for donated rib cartilage + upturned nose + bulbous nose improvement + bridge + tip, the price was in the mid-3 million won range. If only cartilage were used, it would have been in the low-2 million won range. When I asked whether it could be done with cartilage only, they said that without rib cartilage the improvement would be difficult, T_T. But they were saying that it was my choice... They said there was no reason to spend money if it wasn’t rib cartilage, lol. Since it was my first surgery, I did not want to use rib cartilage, and they did not explain any side effects at all.
