I was a bit late to the consultation, so after talking with the director and waiting for the surgeon, I spent a lot of time waiting before I finally had a short consultation. The director was really kind, and although I only met the surgeon briefly, he seemed to prefer a natural look. I thought my square jaw was the problem, but they said it was because my skin had sagged and recommended lifting. They also said I did not need surgery for the other areas I was interested in, so I liked that there was no pushy sales talk.
