Review

The director was a bit calm, so the consultation felt comfortable. They took a CT scan first, and kept alternating between my actual nose shape and that image, which I liked because they put real effort into the design. They did not just explain everything vaguely; they drew it directly, so I understood much better. The manager was kind too, and there did not seem to be any tendency to push too hard, so I could consult without feeling pressured.
