The doctor and staff were extremely kind and nice, but a staff member, not the doctor, did the forma procedure. They never mentioned that during the consultation, and I was only told that each session would be 15 minutes. The time was definitely kept, and I am satisfied with the procedure, but I think they should either change the part where staff do forma or notify patients in advance.
