The staff are a bit unfriendly. The consultation is only with the manager on the first visit, and after that there is no consultation at all when I go back. The doctor is fairly kind. The price is quite high, but maybe it's a change only I can feel? Still, my nose is smaller, so I'm happy. But sometimes it does feel like they're trying to push extra things on me.
