The doctor did try to create a line for me, but I didn't really feel any professionalism. Still, I liked how they tried to listen to the patient's opinion in a calm and gentle way. But what was controversial was that a staff member at the front desk was loudly taking a call right in front of all the customers, and after hanging up she made gossip-like remarks while all the customers were still waiting, which shocked me. The clinic facilities are just average. That's all.
