Around 2017, I put down a deposit to make an appointment at Pittangi for a nose surgery. During the consultation, they said the nose needed to stand out, so I’d need to insert a few millimeters of silicone, do osteotomy, raise the septum, and so on .. There were conversations like that.. They did overtreatment, but I remember the price being reasonable. But I was too scared to do my nose, so I got filler instead, and at the time I had a bulbous nose but they still made it way too thin and sharp, which made me very unhappy. Still, after the filler spread, I got a nasal bridge between my brows and have been doing fine ever since.
