I got Botox. It did not feel particularly unfriendly, and everyone was fine. The doctors all looked like young professionals who had just graduated from university. It felt a little like visiting a bank. The waiting number was shown on a monitor. I did not think it was particularly bad; it was ordinary and fine. I would say it is organized and systematized. Since it is a chain.
