I went at the consultation time for the procedure, but they said there were too many people and told me to wait, so I waited more than 30 minutes just for the queue. When I went in and consulted, the consultation staff's attitude was not great. It felt a bit bothered, with a snappy tone, and they recommended mainly the more expensive things, rather than something that felt suited to me. And it did not seem to be very effective either.
