I went in for a Botox consultation, and since it was my first time, I was scared and asked to consult with the director as well. I kept worrying and asking a lot of questions, and even though they were busy, my mother joined in and we kept the director there for no reason, but they answered everything so kindly and patiently, and told me it was fine to think it over and come back another time. I only have consultation experience, but it was good.
