The doctor smiled and adjusted things until it turned out exactly how I wanted. Even when I made requests and said I did not like it, he still smiled and said, “Right?”... It is hard to lift the nasal tip well with filler and it disappears quickly, but somehow he did a good job. Personally I liked it a lot. But the staff were not great.
