I went after seeing an event post offering armpit hair removal and upper-lip hair removal, 5 sessions each for 9,900 won. The event is only available on weekdays and Sundays. With VAT separate, the actual cost was 10,890 won. I have had 3 sessions so far, and it has not completely disappeared, but it has clearly reduced, so I am satisfied.
