I had nose surgery, and although I am female, they operated on me to make a straight, masculine-style nose that men prefer. The tip of my nose dropped, so I got a revision surgery for free from another doctor at the same hospital, but the tip dropped again in the same way, and the part that dips in the middle is very noticeable. My mother had eye-opening correction surgery with me, and it looked too wide-open, so in the end she paid to have it revised again..
