I get the feeling that they are a bit forceful. I did not get many chances to clearly express my own opinion. I probably did not even need to bring photos. The manager does make the sales pitch. If you go, I recommend looking around at other clinics first and going only after you already have a rough idea of the surgical direction you want. I went there first, and what they said was completely different from the opinions I got at later clinics, which matched my original idea of the surgery.
