The director was super sweet and has great surgical skills. But some of the staff? A few of the managers and employees are busy being defensive. If you say even something a little annoying, they immediately just get defensive. You go in feeling good and leave feeling upset. The director calmly explains uncomfortable issues well. Taylore's biggest strength is definitely the skilled director, but the staff are a barrier to entry. Cosmetic surgery is all about the result, so in the end I do like it.
