For buttock fat grafting, I was told that if one side is uneven after surgery, they would even it out with fat the second time, but when I asked whether they could do a touch-up after the swelling went down since the butt height was different, they said there was no fat left ;; Why? Their attitude was different before and after the procedure. Having to do liposuction again would be a burden on my body, and the asymmetry did not show much, so I just left it, but I think they should explain this in advance. Even with buttock fat grafting, you do not end up looking like Kim Kardashian; it only makes it a little bit rounded. Honestly, there was so little visible change that I was disappointed..
