Satisfied with the surgery. The manager was so-so, neither especially kind nor unfriendly, and because it’s a hospital with a high number of surgeries, it felt like they didn’t really care whether they got new customers or not. The director was kind and looked extremely tired. There seemed to be quite a lot of surgeries that day, and there were a lot of Japanese patients. After the surgery, they had me share the recovery room with one other person instead of using it alone, and that was really uncomfortable.
