First of all, it is huge. The consultation area and the treatment area are separated by floor. Before getting Botox, I had already looked up information about the procedure, so the consultation was not very long. To be honest, the person doing the consultation just kept repeating the same thing whenever I asked something lol. Anyway, when I went up to the procedure area, there were more people than I expected, but the waiting time for the procedure was not that long. The doctor also explained the treatment area briefly and was kind. The disappointing part is that I was very satisfied after the procedure, so I wanted to get treated by that same director again next time, but he was not there T_T
