I wasn't planning to get forehead filler, but the consultant recommended forehead filler or lip filler, so I asked them to put in as little as possible and make it as subtle as possible. I was originally a bit round-faced but after the procedure it bulged out like I had had full plastic surgery.. After about a year it became natural, so I was relieved. There was a bit of lumpiness too, and filler definitely doesn't all disappear..? It's been about 3 years now and I'm fairly satisfied I spent a year hiding it
