Usually procedure consultations are not handled directly by the doctor, but I liked that the doctor personally consulted with me. There was only one female lead doctor. She seemed a bit busy, but she still did the procedure carefully. The waiting time was a little long, though. And after every procedure, the clinic contacts you the next day to check whether there are any problems. If you get a touch-up within two weeks after the procedure, it is free. I felt my lips were a little asymmetrical, so I went in for a touch-up. When I booked the touch-up, they said no numbing cream would be used during the touch-up and it would be done on bare lips, and since it hurt so much the first time, I asked whether it would hurt. They said everyone else gets touch-ups done that way too. Then I went to the clinic for the touch-up, and before the touch-up they had said they would not numb me, but suddenly another staff member said they would numb me and told me to come this way, so I followed. There was no seat, so they asked if it was okay to apply it outside, and I said yes, then they took me to the corridor, but another staff member said they were not applying numbing cream, so I was left in the corridor while they did other work. So I just came out and sat back on the sofa;; The waiting time for the touch-up was even longer. When I went in for the touch-up, the doctor also recommended other procedures. The touch-up uses whatever remains from the amount I purchased, And after filling the volume, I said my lip corners were still asymmetrical, and they said that was because my mouth is originally asymmetrical. Then they adjusted the asymmetry a bit again. I guess lip filler alone cannot fully correct asymmetry. It seems suitable only for people who want thicker lips or who have drooping mouth corners.
