They do it naturally so it doesn't show. Nobody knows lol... whether the surgery happened or not. If it's good, it's good; if it's bad, it's bad, but everyone has a different taste in noses, so I think it's best to keep that in mind if you go ahead. The director is just kind of blunt, and because it's a solo clinic, it's always packed.
