It has been a year and a half since the first nose surgery, and I am really satisfied. I did think maybe I should have raised it a bit more?? but then the tip would probably have been pulled too tight. I had it done with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and there is no sagging! Above all, I do not feel any foreign-body sensation at all; it just feels like my own nose, and that is the part I am most satisfied with.
