It was a huge factory-style hospital. I think it is good if you just want a cheap, light procedure. Even before going in for the procedure, you do not know which doctor you will see, and you only meet the consultation manager. There were a lot of people, but the wait was not as long as I expected, and the staff and consultation managers were all fine. They all looked tired because it was Saturday, but it did not feel like they were being very rude.

Overall, they were kind and nice~ I saw about 3 doctors, and they were all kind. But the consultants seemed a bit careless. The Botox worked well, but the chin filler wore off too fast, so that was disappointing
