I booked laser toning at the event price. Even though I had a reservation, I waited an hour. Then when I went in for the procedure, it was really like a factory, with people lying in rows, split into those getting toning, those getting Shurink, and so on. If you were getting multiple treatments, after one finished you would walk over and lie down somewhere else, and the person there would do the next treatment... But there was no indication that those people were specialist doctors or anything. From what I heard while they were chatting, they didn’t seem to be doctors either... I had specifically said not to touch the under-eye area because it was weak and I had bruised there before, but I ended up bruised anyway. When I called, they said they would take care of the bruise, so I went and waited another hour before getting bruise care. The staff were incredibly kind... The facility was nice too, but it felt so factory-like that I’m reluctant to go back. T_T
