I did underarm and upper-lip hair removal. It is a factory-style place with a lot of customers, but people move through quickly. I don't think they check very carefully. After 10 sessions, of course there was improvement, but I even started to doubt whether they were really treating the entire area with hair at all, because they didn't do it broadly enough. I'm satisfied, but I'm not sure if I would do it again.
