I had it done 15 times and it only barely grows in now. It's a factory-style place, so there are lots of people, and the doctors change every time I go. They also seem to do upper-lip hair removal together with underarm hair removal a lot. If it has a cooling function, it costs a few ten-thousand won more, but even the cheap one without cooling doesn't hurt at all.
