I went there about 3 years ago. It's the definition of a factory-style clinic, but overall I think it's decent value for money (based on Botox). Making a reservation is easy, but I remember there was some waiting. When you consult, they do not push unnecessary procedures on you. They're neither extremely kind nor rude.
