Because it's factory-style, there's always a lot of people and the wait is long. Even if you go at your appointment time, there are often still people waiting. I think I've had Botox done here about 3 times, and each time the doctor seems different. After I got pillowy cheek swelling on one side and it got bigger from swelling, I stopped coming back.
