The manager and the front desk staff were all unfriendly. On my first visit, they asked to see my resident registration card, but they didn't use it for verification; they kept it and took a photo of my ID card. Of course, they didn't even ask for permission. When scheduling the surgery date, they also wouldn't give a clear answer about how many surgeries they do in a day. They said 6 cases, then 7 or more cases, and trust fell in every respect, but I decided to trust only the doctor and go ahead with the surgery. In the end, I was extremely dissatisfied. I really wondered if there could be a plastic surgery clinic this unfriendly.
