During the consultation, you only see the manager; you only see the director on the surgery day when the design is done. They don't show you the harvested fat. They just tell you later at the follow-up visit how much was removed. Even after surgery, if you want to see the director, you have to say you want to see the director at the 3-month and 6-month marks. The staff in the recovery room get 5 stars. The rest of the service is 2 stars.
