It was surgery from about 4 or 5 years ago, so I do not remember much; In consultation, the manager was more central than the director, and the manager in charge back then was very kind. Honestly, it would be fair to say I booked because of the manager. I did see the effect after the surgery, but as time passes sagging is unavoidable, so I think I will have to manage it separately from now on...
