First of all, there was no ultrasound or anything like that, and I never saw the director even once before surgery. I only saw him right before the operation and then went into surgery.. The volume did go down, but the lower part of my butt became bumpy and developed a banana fold. The inner thighs are uneven on both sides, and because I had liposuction on the upper thigh and under-butt area, I also had to pay extra, but my knees and butt barely got thinner at all. I asked whether retouching was possible because of the banana fold, and they said there was nothing they could do except fat grafting. But to do that, it would have to be done along with another liposuction surgery.
