I was 10 minutes late and they made me wait 50 minutes I also miscalculated the time because I was coming from Busan, but I had another schedule after this too, so making me wait 50 minutes was way too inflexible. When I asked why the wait was so long, the staff didn’t even look at me and just kept doing their own thing. I left because I had an appointment at another clinic after this, then went to the other clinic and came back, but even the doctor’s consultation felt lukewarm.
