All the staff and doctors were kind. The consultation manager handled the first consultation -> doctor consultation -> consultation manager consultation again in that order. They told me clearly when something was difficult, and explained the post-op result by drawing the line it would likely take. The line they explained is a little different from what I want, so I'm still thinking about it.
