They were calm and the professionalism came through. They explained in detail why something couldn't be done and which parts could not reach the result I wanted, so it was actually a helpful consultation. They said I would need to do blepharoplasty and everything else, and I will probably look around a few more places, but [Clinic A] also seems okay.
