The facilities and the manager and staff were all nice, but when it came time to consult with the director, somehow my expectations dropped. I was told everything I wanted could be done, which made me suspicious, and this place had been my first choice, but after the consultation it changed. And I had a CT scan, but they didn't really look at it properly, which was the biggest issue. If that's the case, why did I even get scanned..
