The clinic is small, but during the consultation the director was extremely kind, listened carefully to the areas I was worried about, and took his time explaining things until I had no more questions, so I was satisfied. The consultation manager was also kind; there was some encouragement to leave a deposit, but it was not at an overwhelming level. There was also no pushing of other unnecessary procedures. Overall, it was a satisfying consultation.
