After consulting at other places, I went in because the cost was reasonable, and I ended up putting down a deposit and having surgery! The director's calm manner and the manager not pressuring me at all made the whole place feel very sincere. It seems like they generally have a style of making things natural and harmonious. It does not feel flashy, overdone, or trendy! When patients ask detailed questions and even repeat the same thing, the director explains everything very calmly without sighing or showing any sense of authority, which was impressive. They even turn on a PPT and show you pre- and post-op cases and the surgical process a bit! The manager does not pressure you for a deposit, the price does not change if you come on another day, and overall communication is good. There is no aggressive vibe or feeling that they are trying to judge the patient, more like a laid-back team leader at a company? Anyway, I like it overall. I had revision nose surgery, but I want to have my other planned surgeries here too.
