The director was kind, the manager was kind, and all the desk staff were equally kind, so it was a good place. I also liked the way they explained things during the consultation, and the conditions weren’t bad, so I trusted them and made a reservation, and the result was truly beyond my expectations. They shaped it exactly along the line I wanted.
