I liked that I could go straight into a consultation with the director first. My arms got rejected, with them saying there was nothing to remove. Since my thighs are muscular, full bone-and-thigh liposuction would be hard, but they said they would take out as much as possible. After 6 months, they can check by ultrasound and do AS if needed. I liked how honest they were, and the wait was short and everyone was kind, so I put down a deposit first and left.
