Overall it’s not bad, and I think the director has good aesthetic sense. He always hums a tune haha The consultation manager was also very professional, never pushing anything that wasn’t necessary at all, and she seemed very proud because she explained things only after studying a lot about her work, which left a strong impression. Too bad!!!!!!!! This clinic’s front desk staff is seriously so weird that I don’t want to go anymore. I honestly can’t even introduce it to anyone around me anymore. Every time I go, I end up feeling disgusted. That sounds harsh, but I can’t think of any word except disgusting. While all the patients were sitting there, she hung up a work-related call and then let out huge sighs over and over as if there were a big problem, and I was really shocked lol. Seriously, this isn’t a place where only she exists. And then she was teaching a newly hired staff member afterward, and her tone was.... no, please do that only when the two of you are alone... The icing on the cake was her honorifics lollllll She chopped them off halfway. Every time I go, I’m so taken aback. For example, instead of saying, “What did you have done?”, she says, “What did you do?” Or, “Did you bring a car?” and so on... I felt like she was my boss lol. Even now it makes me laugh. If you’re an adult, don’t you normally use polite speech when meeting people for the first time outside? More than that, this isn’t a place where we know each other personally; these are customers. I’m not asking for the highest level of niceness and honorifics, but that kind of speech... it seems like training is needed. She talks energetically, but then interrupts you halfway through without even letting you finish... it’s honestly unbelievable. It’s a good clinic, but because of one front desk employee’s behavior, it became a place I can’t go to.
