I went for a consultation because this was where an older sister I know had her surgery, so I had certain expectations. The consultation was really good, just as I had heard. They explained things well by drawing as if I were taking a private lesson, saying that I needed to understand my condition and the surgical method accurately in order not to be dissatisfied after surgery. The blunt feedback... I also liked how they explained my condition very accurately.
