However, the scar at the inner corner of the eye is in the very front part where the double eyelid line can't be drawn, so some scarring would inevitably remain, and there is also a method of adding a little filler. The surgical method would be double-incision because there is not much extra skin, plus a little ptosis correction at the inner corner and middle part of the eye; no fat grafting. The surgery would take 2 hours. After 30 seconds to 1 minute of sleep anesthesia, local anesthesia.
