My nose isn't low, but it has a slight hump, and I heard that in cases like this fillers aren't really meaningful, so I went in for a nose surgery consultation. Usually, when people get nose surgery, I hear there are tons of extra recommendations, but here they pointed out only the things that actually needed improvement and didn't try to recommend any additional procedures, which I liked. Maybe because the surgeon has handled a lot of male noses, they recommended a straight line that would bring out masculine features more, but not an overly strong one, and I liked the line they suggested. Neither the director nor the surgeon pressured me to have surgery, so I was able to leave comfortably after just the consultation.
