My bulbous nose wasn’t that severe, but the alar area was a bit of a complex for me, so I went in for a consultation wanting to reduce the alae a little and raise the nose naturally. First of all, the director was very gentle and asked what direction I wanted before anything else, and when he showed me photos, it seemed like he really listened to my opinions. He also explained the advantages of various nasal materials, and it didn’t feel like he was strongly pushing anything, so I felt comfortable, and he recommended doing alar reduction together. He also seemed to favor a natural look for nose height rather than an extremely sharp, glamorous style, so I think it would suit people who do not like a flashy style.
